This phone number is continuously calling my cellphone with nothing to say and I want them stopped

My son was contacted by this same number and promised gas vouchers. They've already taken money out of his checking account. He's having trouble cancelling these services that were forced on him. He tried calling these people to cancel and no one ever answers. They also called him back several times as well and when he did'nt answer, they somehow obtained his neighbor's phone number and had them go and get him to force him to talk. I'd like to know how they obtained that information. So here is what everyone else should do. CALL YOUR LOCAL ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE NUMBER, AND REPORT IT TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION. I had my son do so and they will take action for you. Please pass this on to others as soon as possible. This call was generated by someone in Canada where the do not call list is not honored. The sentence in Canada for telemarketing scams is 2 to 6 months. In the U.S. is 5 years and maybe raised to 10 years. Good luck to all.

I have no idea who this is. They never leave a message, but I've received a call everyday since Dec. 7th. I tried to call the number back but it says that the number is incorrect.
